At Anubandham, we take immense pride in bringing the 400-year-old heritage of Etikoppaka wooden toys from the heart of Andhra Pradesh directly to your doorstep. Each piece is handcrafted with natural dyes and finished with traditional lacquer, requiring careful handling and specialized transit.

1. Order Processing Time

Since our products are artisanal, we conduct a thorough quality check before dispatching.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During festivals or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Partners

We partner with reputed third-party courier services (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or Shiprocket) to ensure your toys reach you safely.

  • Estimated Timelines: While we aim for delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch, please note that delivery times are not fixed.

  • Third-Party Reliance: Actual delivery dates are subject to the courier partner’s internal schedules, regional connectivity, and transit conditions.

  • Service Areas: We currently ship Pan-India. For remote locations (North-East, J&K, etc.), please allow an additional 3–5 days for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹99 across India

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹500.

  • All shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at the time of checkout.

4. Tracking Your Heritage

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

5. Delays & Service Interruptions

As we rely on external logistics partners, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural calamities.

  • Regional lockdowns or transport strikes.

  • Courier-specific technical issues.

Our Promise: In case of a significant delay (beyond 15 days), we will proactively reach out to you with an update.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Etikoppaka toys are delicate. We use eco-friendly, sturdy packaging to protect the lacquer finish. However, if your product arrives damaged:

  1. Please take a photo/video of the damaged package and the product.

  2. Email us at  anubandham.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
